Externals frozen using wrong syntax for SVN v1.5 and above

First of all, thanks for developing a neat tool. However, an issue exists when freezing externals which I hope you can look at.
When freezing the externals the syntax being used is no longer supported by SubVersion v1.5 and above, as the revision number needs to be supplied as follows :-
-r1234 <repos_url> <relative_dir_path>
In lower versions of SubVersion, the syntax was as follows (which the tools looks to be using) :-
<relative_dir_path> -r1234 <respos_url>
Therefore, the externals are getting broken during copy.

Any comment on this ? Any thoughts on a fix ?

Sorry this took so long... I didn't expect much (if any) feedback.
Anyway, our SVN server (svn 1.6.6 from what I can gather from our server) handles the externals fine. Also the documentation for 1.5 (http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.5/svn.advanced.externals.html) seems to indicate that the old style will still work. If this is still the case I can add a switch so the user can specify the new format.
